New endpoints for Stocktaking

With the recently released Katana stocktake feature, it's now easier to count stock levels and track inventory. The Stocktake feature allows you to calculate your current stock levels so you can make any necessary adjustments in Katana.
Now you'll be able to:
- Create a stocktake
- Count your products and materials in inventory
- Auto-generate a stock adjustment based on the stocktake.
Two new endpoints are now available:
- Stocktakes
- List all stocktakes
- Create a stocktake
- Update a stocktake
- Delete a stocktake
- Stocktake rows
- List all stocktake rows
- Create stocktake rows (supports bulk operations)
- Update a stocktake row
- Delete a stocktake row
