Change a manufacturing order's rank

Repositions a manufacturing order in the production schedule relative to another manufacturing order.

Ranking is relative, mirroring drag-and-drop reordering: the reranked order is placed next to the target order.

Only open manufacturing orders can be reranked. If the reranked order is linked to a sales order, all manufacturing orders linked to that sales order move together.
